SOOOO. Today was my first surprise party. WOOHOO! But I'll start with yesterday...

After dance (which of course was awesome), I watched You Got Served and Spider-Man 2. Then I read for a whil and before I went to sleep. I handwashed my leotard and tights. How awesome am I? Haha, it was kind of fun. And I really appreciate the good soap smell today.

But anyway, today, we had ballet and jazz, then lunch, and after lunch we had a little dress rehearsal. Then our parents came and we did our show thing. After the show, and said a quick "g'bye" (haha) and we went to SHAWS. Then we drove around a bit, Mom was "trying a new shortcut". And then she said she had to give Miss Jena a check for this coming year.

We returned to the DDC and there was a yellow streamer leading into the studio. At first I was kind of scared. I had no clue what any of it was. And then I saw decorations on the door and my first thought was "They're having a party without us!", and then I waslked in and they were all "SURPRISE!" and then they did the best dance ever "We will, we will, MISS YOU!". It was great.

I ate cake and played games. And then there were presents. I got flip flops for the shower and razors (lol, funny story about those...), towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Then I got a bunch of cards, and a memo board with letters that I can't read until I'm at school. Yessss. We played Shark (LOL) and Freeze Dance With Scarves. Oh, and Musical Chairs plus The Machine. Oh boy, was that fun. Woo woo!!!!!

But now it's over, and I have one week- yes 7 DAYS!-  till I leave for school. Classes start on Monday, so I'll have a little time to settle in during the 3 days of orientation. But anyway, I'll be shopping, packing and reading all week. Plus talking to all my buddies before I leave! CALL ME! HOGBEVISIFBNG Squueeeeeee!
